Hi, my name is Davinder. I work full time, and live with my 25 year old son. We are looking for a roommate. The room is in Escondido in a gated community. Monthly rent is $1500 including utilities. The room is available from September 20th. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required. The room is furnished and upstairs and the bathroom will be a shared bathroom with my son. All the common areas are downstairs including another half bathroom, washer, dryer, kitchen, dining room, living room and there is a large back yard. There's also a swimming pool in the community as well as tennis courts. Looking for only one tenant preferably female who is professional or graduate student. No smokers, and no alcohol or drugs, no pets.
