We are a middle-aged married couple that are looking for a female roommate to share our home with. We have the perfect house set up for a roommate situation. In the upstairs part of the house there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You will get the larger of the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom all to yourself. You can also use the smaller bedroom for a tv room, study or just storage. So, you will have all the upstairs to yourself. We have a game room with a pool table, wall tv and electronic darts. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and cable tv. Yes, you will get your own refrigerator also. We are located in a very desirable area of Austin, SW.
