Hey all! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd to join us for an apartment in Journal Square, move-in around September 20th. My roommate is an NYU PhD student, and same vibe as me.
Rent for the room is $1,250/month. A little about me: I'm 22, working as a consultant on a hybrid schedule, so I'm rarely home during the week, but social and chill when I am around! I like having people over and hanging out, but also keep things decently clean and respect everyone's space. My schedule's a mix of early mornings and late nights, so I'm pretty flexible either way.
