Hi, my name is Ryan. I am a 38-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Scottsdale. The monthly rent is $900 and the room is available on November 1st. My current roommate has lived with me for the past four years. However, his girlfriend wants him to move in with her. Because of this I'm looking for a new roommate. Our lease is coming up in April, and we want someone to take over his part for the remainder (and hopefully stay for a longer term with me if things work out). I'm located in a prime spot in Old Town, on Continental Golf Course for a really affordable rate. I'm asking $900/ mo. (plus splitting the monthly electric). I work half the week in the office and half the work week from home. I'm offering the master bedroom (which includes access to your own personal restroom).
