Furnished Room in House with Pool

Hi, Just one room available for rent (not the house) starting the on 8/15 in my huge home, SE Arlington, near Life Time Fitness and 20 mins away from UTA. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair, dresser and it has a big closet. There is a washer & dryer on-. You will have complete access to the home including the swimming pool. I have a bathroom in my room, but you will be sharing 1.5 bathrooms with the 3 other roommates. Roommates are all very respectful and most importantly we keep the home clean! To move in you will need a $400 refundable deposit and $700 rent (bills included). Students welcomed with first, last and full month of deposit. -I'm looking for someone that is clean, someone that would treat this place as their own. No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the house, I'm ok with a few friends over every now and then as long as it doesn't get out of hand
-Must be employed, not based from home and must provide proof of employment (last two pay stubs).
