Hi neighbor!
I'm looking for a apartment, room, ADU, or a long-term sublet situation. Me: I am in my 30s, clean, independent, and very quiet. I don't drink or do drugs, don't smoke. I like to cook, hike, read, drink coffee/tea, explore, etc. I work in the non-profit world locally so I work partially from home and partially in-office. From Portland and I have lived all over (NYC, NJ, etc). Me as a renter: I was also a property manager for 10 years so I have a pretty specific attention to detail when it comes to making sure the house is well-cared for and functioning well. My last landlord said I left the place cleaner than the $600 cleaners he sometimes hires, so that was such a sweet compliment. In my lifetime as a renter, I've never paid rent late and I've always gotten my security deposit back (knock on wood that continues!). Do you have a spot for me?
