Washer & Dyer included in the home as well as kitchen appliances ( stove, fridge, microwave, as well as my appliances). Landlords require 800 dollars in rent excluding utilities, however utilities for one person averages 250 dollars a month. They require a security deposit of 800 dollars required as well as first months rent upon move in. $25 application fee including a background check.
