Room available in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in the Vintage Park neighborhood near Elk Grove. Rent is $700 (all utilities included including high-speed internet). The house has many amenities including a large backyard with patio area, gas stove, washer/dryer, central heat and A/C, and plenty of parking. Common areas are furnished and kitchen is well equipped. Neighborhood is conveniently located 20-25 min from downtown, 15-20 to Sac State, and also close to community parks, Safeway and Bel Air shopping centers. Room is available September 1st. $700 security deposit and first months rent required at move in. The deal breakers are: smoking, drugs, partying, pets, overnight guests, and wearing shoes in the house. Looking for an individual that is clean, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Verifiable income required that is equal to three times the rent. Open to students but you must have verifiable income, financial aid, or parental co-sign. Basics about me and current roommates: Single, quiet, and respectful 45 yr old male working professional and one other male working professional in his early-20s, who is also very quiet, polite, clean and respectful.
