I’m looking for someone to move into the Master bedroom of my current apartment at Carolina Point! (just off Woodruff Road) The apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 Bathroom! (So we would both have our own bathrooms!) Move In October 1st! 🎃 It’s a beautiful apartment with great natural lighting ✨ and amazing amenities, including: 🏊♀️ Pool�🔥 Fire pit�🌽 Cornhole�☕ Coffee station�🎱 Pool table 🏋Gym 🖥️ Business Centre 🛝Park�✨ And a space to use after hours to have get togethers! 🏡 THE SPACE: • $900 + $150 (to cover internet/energy bill/pest control/trash pickup/ free maintenance) •One-time $500 fee to be added to the lease •Month to Month rental •The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. •All common areas are furnished, in a feminine and cozy and welcoming space •If you already have furniture or decor you love, you are absolutely welcome to add your own touches to the shared space•Parking is FREE and there are plenty of spaces so having extra cars or friends over is a non issue•The place is gated so it is very safe!
