Hello! Me and my husband rent out this house by the room. We currently have 2 males living downstairs and 1 female living upstairs. The room for rent is upstairs and would share a bathroom with the 1 female. -The room is private with a numeric code lock for each room. -All utilities (electricity, trash, water, lawn care, high speed internet) is included. -Includes parking, washer, dryer, and use of all common areas. We also have a cleaner that comes every 6-8 weeks to clean the common areas. -Safe, quiet neighborhood in Leon Valley - All payments handled through third party electronic system - Close to medical center, gyms, restaurants, shopping centers -The 3 roommates in there now have been there for over a year and they all are kind, respectful and keep to themselves. -We do our best to promptly handle any issues in the home. Each room is furnished with a bed and nightstand. You are welcome to bring your own bed/ mattress/ sheets or we can provide them. -We also vet all roommates with credit and background check. We require a $250 security deposit but it is refunded at the end of your stay as long as the room is in good condition. -No pets allowed, 1 person per room
