Lookin for a room/roomate!

Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent with someone who's easygoing and respectful. I'm 22, getting out of the Army, and starting college soon. I'm clean, drama-free, and good about respecting shared spaces. I'm social and always down to hang out if we get along, but I'm also perfectly happy doing my own thing. I spend most of my free time at the gym, gaming, working on cars, or fishing. I do have a cat and a ball python, so you'd need to be pet-friendly. I smoke weed, but only outside and I'm always respectful about it. I receive VA housing benefits, so rent is reliable and paid on time. Ideally, I'm looking for a place with someone who's laid-back, communicates well, and is looking for a roommate they can actually get along with rather than just share a house with.
