Rent includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, full kitchen access, washer/dryer, backyard access, common areas, and access to neighborhood amenities including the resort-style pool and community areas. This is a kid-friendly, family-oriented home. I have a 9-year-old son who lives with me full-time and a 7-year-old who is here part-time. I’m a first responder, so my schedule may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, or irregular hours. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, dependable, and comfortable living in a home with children. This is not a party house, but I want whoever lives here to feel comfortable and at home. $1,100/month — all utilities included
