Utilities and WIFI Included in Rent

WE CANNOT HAVE PETS AT THIS LOCATION. Room for rent in Chesapeake VA 23320 zip code. Located right next to south military hwy so there is some noise pollution. Easy access to plenty of places around chesapeake. Room is about 10 feet by 9 feet and has it’s own seperate entrance to the house. House is currently shared by 1 (22) year old female and 1 (26) year old male (cousins). Rent includes Rent + power, water, and internet. 736$ needed for a move in fee for the first month. May require you to fill out an application to be on the lease (which is the 36$). No pets or smoking in the house. Plenty of parking. During the school year the kids use the porch near the room for rent to wait for the bus so you may hear them outside. There is currently no washer or dryer in the house, however there is a laundromat located right across the street. I am a 22 year old female living with my 26 year old cousin. We are huge anime, gaming and wrestling fans. Cousin plays competitive gaming and works the nightshift. We like to have friends and family over for special wrestling events when money is okay and may have some over night guests but not too often. I enjoy singing and playing games but tent to be the more quieter of the two. Still just moving into the property ourselves so everything is a work in progress.
