Nice bedroom in a 3 bedroom Boca Raton Centrally located Townhouse. 3 miles from 95 and 3 miles from Turnpike Townhouse has 3 bedrooms but only you and I will live there. I am a quiet neat person who keeps to themselves. I rarely have anyone over and just me and a small quiet old dog who doesn't bark1 bedroom and private bath & shower in large 2500 square foot townhouse in Boca. (Twice as big as most apartments). Bright open living room with 20 foot ceilings and lots of windows to view a the Sun and a lake to lift up your mood everyday. 10 x 12 room, and comes furnished or unfurnished. Large enough for a queen size bed, and dresser, and desk. $5000 massage chair and movie screen in living room but I spend most of my time in my room or office. Barely anyone ever comes over. I lead a clean life, with no drinking, smoking, or any drugs although I am relaxed and calm and nice. I go to church on Sundays. I usually do not have many visitors and have a small very quiet dog that doesn't shed and am usually in my bedroom or office. I am very friendly, and kind and super positive. 3 blocks from Boca mall and close to whole foods and lots of shopping and restaurants. My place is a 3 bedroom and the middle bedroom is just a office with no one living in it between us, so their is decent distance and long hall between our rooms to make it more quiet for you. You have a private bedroom with private full bathroom and shower and bathtub. 4 car Driveway to park on and 2 car garage. Beautiful view of water in the living room and the 20 feet ceilings make it nice and bright and lift you up everyday when you see it 3 Miles to 95, and 3 Miles to Turnpike. Nice Kitchen and you have a nice closet in your room and extra one outside your room. I try not to bother anyone and I am very considerate and hospitable, and looking for someone who is considerate and kind as well. If you are looking for a safe kind clean person who wont bother you and love where you live, look no further. Dave
