Hi, I am looking for someone to sublease First Hill. It’s a super convenient area - walkable to downtown and CapHill within minutes and lots of buses and rapid line! The apartment is quiet despite being super walkable and convenient. Lease would be from 1st week/weekend of October through June 21 The building is great and management is nice and has a coworking space, indoor and outdoor rooftop area, and gym. Bit about who you’d be rooming with: 30 yr old female, on work in education, and social and down to hang out as roommates. Has a cute, sweet cat!
