Hi, my name is Robyn. I have a Private room for rent, in a four-bedroom bilevel house, the room is on the bottom floor. It is a shared bathroom. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. The rent is $925 for the rent and utilities, and the deposit is $450.00. We also accept couples but the rent is $1125, and deposit is $550. We want to help someone out, so with the rent, we will split it up into two payments depending on when you get paid every other week or semi-monthly, or we can do it in four weeks if you get paid weekly. Also, we will work with you on the deposit. The room is available now. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. We have two bathrooms, so you will be sharing with another person. There is myself, my husband, and two other roommates. Please, no Pets, we already have two big dogs. So, you must be dog friendly. This is a 420-friendly household.
