Private Room for Rent – Valley Center Private bedroom for rent on a quiet 5-acre property in Valley Center. You’ll have most of the downstairs to yourself, including a private bathroom that is primarily yours, while sharing the laundry room with me. You’ll also have full access to the kitchen, living room, TV, patio, and deck for BBQs and relaxing. It’s just me and my chocolate Lab living here. I work during the day, and the property is peaceful and quiet. You’re welcome to enjoy the land and even have a garden or other outdoor projects if you’d like. $1,300/month – utilities and Wi-Fi included. About 25 minutes from Vista, 20 minutes from Escondido, and 45 minutes from the beach. I’m pretty laid-back and allow guests, but not extended stays. No smoking in the house. I’m not actively looking for a tenant with pets, but I may consider a dog depending on the breed, temperament, and how well it gets along with my dog. Ideally looking for a clean, respectful, responsible single guy who appreciates a quiet place to live.
