Hey! I’m 22 and currently working two jobs in the San Jose/Milpitas area. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room with a budget around $1,000/month. I’m responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty easygoing. I mostly stay busy with work, the gym, and music/audio production. I’m pursuing a career in audio engineering, with a long-term goal of working in automotive audio and post-production. I’m looking for a place where everyone is respectful, communicates well, and keeps the home comfortable and clean.
