Room for rent in House with Pool

Hey there, I got a Semi Furnished room (bed, TV).
House has a pool.
Bathroom is outside room and basically your own, except when guests are over.
Currently only Me (owner) in house), might rent other room later which means you'd share bathroom later.
I'm a bit of a night owl so someone similar would be cool. Work a hybrid schedule but do work typical shifts when I go in.
Hoping to find someone who enjoys hanging out and isn't always behind a closed door.
I enjoy traveling, going out, exploring new places to eat, going to festival. I like having pool parties every now and then.
420 is cool in the house. You must be Gay friendly. **would be open to charging less to a guy who is handy and can help around the house. (cleaning pool, fixing minor things, etc)
