Private Room + Bath in Kissimmee

Hey! We’ve got a room opening up around October 1st in our 2 bed / 2 bath condo at Villas del Sol in Kissimmee. It’s $1,000/month and that includes utilities, electric, and high-speed internet. The room is unfurnished, about 10' x 11' (roughly 110 sq ft), and you get your own private bathroom. You’d also have parking, in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and shared use of the kitchen and living room. The gated community has two pools, two hot tubs, a gym, clubhouse, tennis court, playground, and lots of ponds/water around the property. We’re pretty laid-back and want the place to feel like a shared home while still giving everyone their own space. We’d prefer no pets. Smoking/vaping is fine outside, just not inside.
