The house has a newly updated shared kitchen and common spaces, and the arrangement would be with the owner, who also lives in the home. I’m hoping to find one thoughtful, responsible person who would enjoy sharing a home that feels friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I like the idea of living with someone where there can be a little warmth and conversation when it naturally happens, while also giving each other plenty of privacy and independence.
