My roommate is relocating, so I’m looking for someone to take over her lease starting beginning to mid September. $1,320/month including assigned parking ($50 optional), electricity, WiFi, water, and heat (free). Great location, literally a minute’s walk to public transportation, bars and restaurants, but the street itself is quiet. Best of both worlds. You’ll have your own bedroom and the apartment is already fully furnished otherwise, so you basically just need bedroom furniture and food. I’m a teacher, clean/organized, social but also love being home, and I’m away visiting family some weekends. I also have Murphy, a Golden Retriever guaranteed to become your new best friend within the first week. Looking for someone clean, responsible, respectful, and easy to live with.
