I own a condo in the Riverwalk community located in Santee. I have one bedroom for rent in a three-story condo. The room is on the third floor with a shared bathroom. New carpet recently installed and fresh coat of paint throughout the house! There is a community pool/spa and washer/dryer INSIDE the unit (no more saving your coins!). You would have full kitchen privileges. The home is clean with no children or pets. It is in a safe neighborhood in the Santee area and close to the shops, malls, Grossmont/Cuyamaca College, and SDSU. Easy access to the 125, 52, 8, and 67 freeways. There is street parking and a sportsplex across the street. Rent is $1000/month including utilities, WiFi, and internet. Month to month contract with $750 deposit. Available immediately! A little bit about me, I am 38 years young and own the condo so you would be dealing directly with me, instead of a crazy leasing agency. I am pretty easy going and understanding. I am a working professional who likes to enjoy a glass of wine or shot of tequila from time to time, but it is not a party environment. I currently work from home as well. I am pretty active and looking for active roommates as well in their 20’s, 30’s, or 40’s. There will be a total of 4 women/roommates in the home.
