Looking for 1 FEMALE roommate only no more than one in San Jose or San Marco— preferably close to my job. One on one roomy situation.

I’m comfortable $200 biweekly for the first month to test the waters, but I need something that is confirmed/secure before I move in. I’m very close to my deadline and ideally need to move within 1–2 days so I can be close to work. Preferably my own bathroom.
