Hi, my name is Candace. I am a 31-year old female. I am looking for a room to rent in Foley. Looking for a Safe Place to Call Home ❤️ My friend Daphne and I are looking for a room to rent in Baldwin County, preferably Foley, because of our jobs. We are both recently out of rehab and genuinely trying to rebuild our lives. We both have jobs, we are respectful, clean, and willing to follow whatever reasonable rules or requirements someone has. More than anything, we are looking for somewhere safe, stable, and sober where we know we will have a place to lay our heads every night. I do junk removal and hauling, along with other work I can do with my truck. If I had a stable place to live where I knew I was going to be every night, I would also be able to get a full-time job. Daphne currently works at a fast-food restaurant in Foley. The biggest obstacle we've run into is the huge deposits and having to pay first month's rent upfront. Right now, almost every bit of our money is going toward hotels, and we're honestly struggling to keep food in our mouths, gas in my truck, keep our phones on, and keep insurance on the truck. We're trying our best, but it's incredibly difficult to get ahead when everything we make goes toward simply having somewhere to sleep. I know this is a long shot, especially because everyone is struggling right now, but I'm hoping and praying that someone might be willing to work with us, give us a chance, and help us get back on our feet. We aren't looking for someone to take care of us. We just need someone willing to give two people who are trying a fair opportunity.
