1 room available 09/01 for $1312 a month, first month’s rent and a security deposit of $1,210. WiFi and utilities not included. Roommate must go through apartment application process. Our roommate last minute changed her mind about staying on the next year and we are looking for a replacement fast! About the apartment: we live in the ground floor unit a few blocks from the Myrtle Ave Broadway Subway station. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is being used as a shared studio space since both Jack, our former roommate and I are all artists. There is also a tiny little private outdoor space that’s only for our unit. What we’re looking for: a mid 20s to early 30s non smoking/vaping roommate. neurodivergents welcome. Must be okay with living with a cat (I will be adopting one soon!)
