Hi! I have a room that will be available starting any time in September or beginning October. I will wait for the right fit, though. This ad will be taken down immediately once the room is filled so please do not message me just to ask if it’s still available. Thanks! =).......We are two friendly female professionals. We keep things low-key and very clean at the house. I like to hike, eat healthy (mostly;), sometimes foster kittens, and stream funny shows/movies.......The room is unfurnished and would easily fit a queen bed and small dresser. The house is in a quiet, central neighborhood, 15m1n drive to most places, and has all major appliances, including washer/dryer. Utilities split between us are gas, electricity, water, and internet. They may seem a little high, but they’ve gone up everywhere this last year, unfortunately, and rent is low compared to a lot of other places.......If interested, please message me with details about yourself, like work and hobbies. I’m seeking a female housemate who works M-F regular business hours outside of the home.
