Looking for female Subletter

I’m going abroad in the fall and looking for a female to sublet my room. Here are more details: The house is a 30 second walk from Cal Poly campus on Hathway Ave. My rent is normally $1,650 + utilities, but I’m willing to sublet it for $1,100 + utilities, negotiable. You would have a private room with your own bathroom and closet. The room is essentially a double-sized room being used as a private single, so you’ll have plenty of your own space. It also comes furnished with a bed and desk - you would just need to bring your own bedding, towels, and other personal items. There will be two other people living in the house. One is another subletter who will be staying in a different room, and one of my current roommates isn’t going abroad, so she’ll be living there as well. Everyone has their own room and space, so you’d only be sharing the common areas. I can also include a street parking pass if you have a car! Let me know if this sounds like a good fit for you!!
