I have a cleaning service, pool maintenance, and garden maintenance, come in once a week to keep everything spic and span -> Included in rent! Fully, equipped modern kitchen with dishes, pots, coffee machine, water cooler, range, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and most equipment one may need, you may use. Also, BBQ and burners available by the pool. Heated Pool and Spa, you may use as well. Pool parties with friends are absolutely fine!! Parking on Driveway and House Front.
