Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female roommate in her early to mid-20s to share my apartment starting in March 2027 or sooner! The apartment is located on the Northside of Bethlehem in an amazing location that's within walking distance to Main Street, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything downtown has to offer. Grocery store is less than a 7 minute drive. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and rent is $824/month. Water and sewer are included, while electricity (split-unit A/C and heat), and Wi-Fi are taken care of by both of us. Pet friendly with additional $50/month, there’s a shared backyard for dogs! The apartment has been newly renovated with brand-new appliances, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Living room has couches, TV and storage to share. If you need it, I also have a bed frame and dresser you can borrow! A little about me—I work full-time as a realtor and part-time at a restaurant. I love reading, watching shows/movies, exploring places, crafts, going out. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy (but fun!) to live with. For parking, there's a garage around the corner that's about $80 per month, or you can get a City of Bethlehem parking permit, which is much more affordable for the year.
