Hi everyone! I have a 2-bedroom apartment in Irvine and I’m looking for one roommate to occupy the second bedroom. I’m a woman in my early 30s and work full-time as an architectural designer. Rent for the available room is around $1,850/month, plus approximately $100–$120/month in utilities.
