Hi everyone,
I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in Brunswick, however my fellow housemate due to circumstances cannot live here anymore and is looking for someone to take over their lease! 🏠 From details:
Rent for the room is $308pw not including bills which are split equally, and $1336 bond
The room is unfurnished and the apartment complex is located along Lygon Street with easy PT access through trams 1 and 6 into the city, shops and venues in Brunswick. The apartment comes with a balcony with a lovely view of Brunswick. About me: I'm 30 and work full time in the city. I'm into board/video games, D&D, reading but also like to do social dancing and going to metal gigs. When at home I mostly chill in my room playing games, or reading a book on the couch, and keep the place neat and tidy, but also always down for a chat. I also have 2 cats, Salem and Abigail, who are both very friendly and social, and love getting scratches from anyone. LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent friendly. Ideally I'm looking for someone who I can get along with, preferably having shared hobbies, and is okay with 2 cats and can reliably pay their share of the bills. Must also be LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly.
