MHCC student roommates for my niece

I am searching on behalf of my 18y0 niece for other MHCC students to room with as close to campus as we can get. Must be located in Gresham within 25 min from campus by transit. Her budget is up to $900 but definitely looking for something more economical while also in a safe and reliable location with safe and reliable roommates. I will only open conversations with females.
