Seeking room to rent (2 + cat)

Hi, my older sister and I (22 & 26) are looking for a pet friendly room to rent until we are able to save up and get our own apartment together. We have a 9 year old cat, Fang who is house trained, well behaved and keeps to himself. We also enjoy keeping to ourselves and don’t often invite others over, we don’t drink or smoke and are for the most part domestic and really only enjoy working and occasional outing.
