Looking for a responsible and reliable roommate that is respectful and considerate. This is a peaceful and quiet environment. Also I have a tuxedo cat but he stays on my room majority of the time. The common area (kitchen and living room is furnished) the bedroom is not. There is a sliding door that closes off the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom for privacy, you do get your own bedroom and bathroom.
