Room up for rent $700 a month

Hi there! We are considering renting out a single bedroom in our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Turlock. This is new construction. The room you would be renting is brand new, nobody has used it (sorry if the bed looks funny I guess I don't know what size sheets to buy lol can be tucked in). Bedroom & house is furnished. You would also get your own bathroom Parking is nearby (small parking lots at the ends of the streets) Who lives here? 2 younger peeps (homeowners) only looking to possibly rent out 1 room so theres not a crowd. We also keep the house regulated so AC runs 24/7. This should keep you comfortable. Our lot is extremely small, very small backyard so we prefer no pets as it's not suitable. Main rule in the house is no shoes indoors, we have carpet for now. We're pretty chill peeps, this is our new home so we would like someone that's considerate and not scratching up walls or peeing on the floor but it's pretty chill other than that Monthly charge: $700 + flat fee of $50 for utilities = $750 Hmu!
