Looking for one more housemate! My name is KJ and I am a PreK paraeducator (TU’22) going back to school to get my Master’s in education. Move-in is flexible, preferably September 1st to October 1st. $900 a month (+ one month deposit) gets you a nice-sized bedroom, shared bathroom, and a beautifully updated kitchen, and backyard. Lease length depends on your preference and needs. Utilities (G&E, WiFi, water) are billed monthly and split amongst the roommates. We have two cats—open to another animal if they’re small and get along with others. Single occupancy and 21+ fems preferred. For the price, it really can’t be beat, especially in Towson. It’s a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from University and within walking distance to a pharmacy and grocery store as well as restaurants and fast food places.
