This 5BR, 3BA home is within walking distance of Edgewater/Sloan's Lake and provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment downtown! This quaint, 2-story house is equipped with a detached 2 car garage, a private driveway/street parking, a fenced in backyard with a patio area great for entertainment, a storage shed with lots of storage space, an in-unit washer and dryer, all updated kitchen appliances, new countertops, vanities and well-maintained flooring and paint! The room for rent is a downstairs room accompanied by a detached private bathroom and shower. There are two common areas, one in the basement and one on the main level, and door access to both levels. Furniture not included. We are two young professionals, 25 and 30, and have been living together for 3 years along with the sweetest short-hair gray cat Roux (4Y0)! We both work full time and have pretty busy lives, so typically we spend the evenings decompressing after a work day and relaxing with the occasional roommate outing. We do have our own social lives and work schedules, however we also enjoy going to breweries and restaurants together, hiking, hanging on the patio with the kitty or on the couch with a show on! We are looking for someone who is neurodivergent affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly! We are both fairly easy going and understanding, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
