Looking for roommate

I am a 32 year old female professional looking for a roommate to split cost of living with. I work M-F and have two cats. I am very quiet, clean, respectful and relaxed. I am a huge believer in everyone having their space so the spare room would be 100% your space (I wouldn't go in there under any circumstances). The rent fee covers everything. The living room and kitchen are an open layout. The bathroom would be shared but you would have your own side of the sink and half of the bathroom closet for your stuff. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. When I'm not working, I'm honestly either watching TV of some sort, gaming or occasionally going out with friends and even then, I'm home by or 10. I am 100% OK with you having family or friends over. It is where you live. I would just like to ask for a heads up so I can make sure to not be in your way and that they would be respectful of the apartment in general.
