Options & Terms
Option 1:
• 1 person — $1750/month
• Private bedroom and bathroom
• Utilities not included
• Access to amenities (pool, hot tub, gym)
• Semi-furnished (~80% furnished). Mattress is provided but bed frame is not.

Option 2:
• Shared room — $1750/month total
• Utilities not included
• Access to amenities (pool, hot tub, gym)
• You can split the rent however you prefer
• Either bring your own roommate or share with one of us (Filipino male), which would be $875 each/month

We’re international students looking to keep rent affordable, so we’re hoping to find someone who also values saving money. We just ask that you have basic respect and follow shared living etiquette nothing complicated.
