Home is located in Sunshine Village - Mobile Home - looking for responsible, clean roommate (No Drugs) - 1 Bedroom for Rent for $1000/month with Utilities included - this room comes fully furnished with queen bed, side tables, lamps. dresser, tv and closet space - you will also have access to Wi-fi at your leisure. Home has space for 1 more car in driveway. I do have a small dog and cat in home so roommate will need to be open to being around pets (these are not outside pets and cannot be let outside under any circumstance). You will have full access to spare restroom in home but expect it to be kept tidy. Roommate will have full access to living room, kitchen laundry room - with exceptions to main room and my work at home office area. Roommate must be LGBT friendly as I am a Married Gay Male, I am at home but my partner is away 9 months out of each year as he works abroad. I only work from home when I choose to but will provide you privacy. I am looking for 6 month - 12 month tenancy mostly.
