ISO new roommate for awesome lower unit 1 block from the bay in lovely crown point. Flexible move in date for August 15th. I love this place, it is my third year on the lease. Unfortunately my current roommate is moving out and I need to find someone new. Me
Open to male or female, I have lived with both. I am a 34 year old male who works M-F in the construction industry, so I am in bed early and up early. After work I usually hit the gym, a yoga class, or farmers market. Like to cook dinner at home when I can or bake some sweet treats to share. I enjoy the beach or taking my boat out on the weekends. Looking to find someone with a similar healthy lifestyle that I can get along with at home. I like to have friends over for dinner from time to time but nothing crazy, except for the annual Halloween party, that could get crazy. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom and kept VERY clean at all times. I have very good cookware and kitchen equipment that can be used as long as it’s taken care of. The couch could use an upgrade but it’s not a necessity. As you can see I have a beautiful bar and you will have a personal at home bartender. The at home sauna is also available for use. The room is available August 15 (flexible), and is the bigger of the two. It also comes with a parking spot. The bathroom is shared and is inbetween the bedrooms, also kept very clean. Lots of cabinet space but limited outdoor storage and no laundry are the only downfalls of this place. Rent is $1350 plus 1 month security and there will be a $150 roommate change fee.
