Looking for 1 Female Roommate

Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to take over a furnished room and private bathroom in our 3 bed, 3.5 bath place! The house is just about an 11 min walk to Ithaca Commons. It is a great place for someone who wants to stay near downtown, or a student who is attending Cornell! Move in as early as August 1st and you will be responsible for August rent ($1000), and a $500 deposit. Rent: $1000/month/per person. Landlord covers water, sewer, and trash in full and will cover up to $300 of wifi and electrical combined. Anything beyond the covered amount will be divided amongst the tenants. Our landlord is very responsive and communicative. Inclusions: -Fully furnished apartment
-Furnished room, personal bathroom, and personal closet
-In-unit washer and dryer -Wifi, dishwasher, snow removal
-Split AC/Heat units on each floor, and a baseboard heat in each bedroom
-1 parking spot that would be shared with one other roommate, but there is plenty of str[REDACTED] forward!
