Looking for someone to take over my lease at Hill Country Place!!! I’m looking for someone interested in taking over my lease for the 2026–2027 school year. Hill Country place is a nice area and is very close to campus for anyone that is looking to live off campus. A shuttle also being provided to be able to get to campus. Unfortunately, my plans have changed and I will no longer be living in San Antonio, so I’m hoping to find someone who needs housing near UTSA. Additional information- First month rent already paid, electricity is divided by 4 people like most apartments nearby so the price isn’t a huge amount, washer and dryer comes with unit inside, community events from time to time, shuttle comes every 15 minutes to pick up students.
