Room Near GMU in Fairfax Townhome

Looking for one more roommate to join us in our townhouse in Fairfax! 🏡💗 The home is spacious (over 2,400 sq. ft.) with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open living/dining area, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, central A/C, a balcony, and parking. Rent for the available room is $1,200/month (before utilities and I’m only guessing how much it will be on profile). We move in September 1st. The townhouse is in a great Fairfax location and convenient to GMU, so it would be perfect for another student or young professional. Room won’t be furnished but the rest of the house will be for the most part. The bathroom is shared with just some other Roomate. We’re hoping to find someone around our age who is friendly, respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a social but still chill household. We definitely want the house to feel like a home and would love someone who’s open to becoming friends rather than everyone just keeping to themselves.
