I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in West Lubbock This is honestly a great deal. 2 bed one bath apartment on the first floor. As a long term resident, my rent payments are $300 less a month ($1000 a month) than what you would pay if you wanted to move in today via the apartment complex. There is NO deposit. Let me be clear, NO deposit. Microwave, washer and dryer, and fridge all included (maybe even some furniture as well if interested). I am 10 mins from TTU, and right across the street from a United supermarket. If interested, all you have to do is apply via the apartment, pass a background check, and make 3x rent (standard leasing procedure).
