Studio in UWS With a Backyard

Hey guys! I’m subletting my studio with a backyard in the UWS right across Riverside Park. On West End Avenue, 105th Street, just a 12-minute walk to Columbia University, and a 4-minute walk to the 1 train station. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. The backyard has a high wall in the back, so no one can jump in. Super safe, chill area with lots of restaurants and deli's around. The rent is $3200, and with ADDED furniture, we can negotiate the price. I am looking for a subletter until November 17, and if you would like to continue staying, there is an option for a lease takeover. Let me know if you need more photos/videos.
