Professional Mum Seeking Home

I’m a university lecturer and mum to a lovely young daughter, and I’m looking for a safe, comfortable and stable home for the two of us. Ideally, I’m hoping to find somewhere in or around Westminster, St John’s Wood, Maida Vale or the surrounding area. We have longstanding connections to this part of London, and my daughter will be attending nursery locally from September. Being nearby would also bring us closer to her family and our established support network, which is very important to us. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a genuine home rather than simply somewhere temporary to stay. A clean, peaceful and secure environment is particularly important, as is somewhere suitable and welcoming for a young child. I’m responsible, respectful and considerate of other people’s homes and would treat any property I rent with great care. I’m hoping to find a landlord or household where there is good communication, mutual respect and the possibility of staying longer term if it is the right fit. Most of all, I’m looking for somewhere my daughter and I can feel settled, comfortable and at home.
