Granite Bay Room Available

For about 17 years, my family has hosted international students in our home, and now that one of my sons has moved out, we’d love to host one again. 🌍 We are looking for a female roommate. We have a beautiful, large 5 bedroom house in Granite Bay. We are 5 miles from Sierra and 12 miles from ARC. I’ve worked with ESL students for over 30 years 🙂 My family is friendly, fun, and respectful. I have two college aged children plus one high schooler. The student room is downstairs and will have a partially shared full bathroom. Bedroom is furnished and has a good-sized closet. Parking available in our driveway. Full access to our kitchen, the laundry room, a full-size frig/freezer, and our refreshing pool.
