Internet is not included but is provided for an additional small charge. The roof, washer, and dryer are new, and the living room and dining room are fully furnished. Bedrooms are unfurnished. Laundry, living room, and kitchen are shared between all tenants. This space includes a bathroom shared with one or two other tenant(s). Each bedroom has its own lease. Landlords are local and attentive. In order to show the house, confirmation of income is required (2 most recent pay stubs) along with previous landlord reference. Respectful care of the house is expected. No illegal activity of any kind, including underage drinking, is allowed. No smoking, including vaping, in house or on property.
